Live Dates Although nothing specific to report just yet, we are investigating the possibility of at least 4 live dates for 2005. Including a couple in the South, so those that were unable to tag along earlier this year in Rotherham, there'll be no excuses this time....
Tr3nity Sales Tr3nity albums seem to be maintaining their popularity with the CYCLOPS label buyers. Yet again, Precious Seconds remains in the top ten sellers.

We really can't thank you all enough for your support.

Site News More new reviews have been posted to the Precious Seconds site.. Including a personal review from a listener of the album. Click the Precious Seconds link, and click the Reviews link to see them..

3rd September 2004

6th March 2004 - Classic Rock Society Well been a while since we've got around to updates, but hey better late than never. The 6th March Gig at the Classic Rock Society in Rotherham went unbelievably well. The turn out was excellent and the Band would like to offer belated thanks for making the trip, we really appreciated all your support. A great time was had by all

Precious Seconds Precious Seconds was released in earlier this year, to excellent reviews, we've been posting them up on to the site to try and keep the content current.

If you've bought the album already then you may have noticed one or two of the misprints.. Keep the cover, they'll be worth a fortune in the future as the next run will have these little errors corrected. In case you've not spotted them they are :-

Track order (back cover) 'Run Before You Walk' should be before 'From Afar'
Credits Paul doesn't give a 'bug' thank you, but a 'big' thank you. And to 'Jonathon' rather than 'Jonath0n'

Tr3nity Sales We've done excellently on sales of albums this year, and have been placed in the top 10 selling CYCLOPs albums for a number of months, looking back

Jul/Aug combined Precious Seconds 6th highest seller
Jun Precious Seconds 5th highest seller
May Precious Seconds 3rd highest seller
Apr Precious Seconds 2nd highest seller
Mar Precious Seconds 1st highest seller
Feb Precious Seconds 1st highest seller

So thanks again to every one that have been buying the albums and supporting us.

Back In Rehearsal After a short break, we're now back in the rehearsal room preparing for some new concert dates later this year/next year. We've been looking at all possibilities for venues, and concerts to bring our music to you in a live setting. We're currently in discussion and will let you know as things develop, and when we do, we'll look forward to seeing you all.

We're hoping to post some recordings of the rehearsals on to the site, where you'll be able to hear some of the new formats of tracks. If you couldn't make it to Rotherham earlier this year, you won't have heard the Face Lift that we've given to one or two of the tracks from Cold Light, keep an eye on the site as there may be some nice surprises.

Site News Due to popular demand we've added some merchandise packages to the site, that enable you to buy any of the albums plus a T-Shirt for a single shipping cost. This is something that when we built the site we hadn't catered for, so apologies but we've now put that one right.

We've also added some new reviews particularly of Precious Seconds, that have been appearing all over the WEB etc, go take a look and see what you think.

20th January 2004

14th December  2003

Well the season of Goodwill is very much upon us, and I'm sure we've all done our Christmas shopping in readiness for the coming festivities. Just in case you haven't, wouldn't it be a great idea to buy someone 'Cold Light' for Christmas.....Ok sorry, shameless self promotion.

Precious Seconds Well the recording of the follow up album is now complete, and is currently going through final mixing stages. Over the coming weeks, we'll be putting some snippets up on to the WEB site, so keep us bookmarked. The final track order is as follows

Livin a Lie (previewed last June at the CRS)
Run Before you Walk (again previewed in June)
From afar
More than I deserve
The Last Great Climb

Oh, in case you're wondering about the title of this news item, it's the name of the album, 'Precious Seconds'. It's another concept album which tracks the progress of an individual, demonstrating how we really have no idea what's in store for us in life, so make the most of the 'Precious Seconds' that you have.

Anyway, it's due for release early 2004, but we'll be taking advance orders if anyone's interested in placing them. Either send us a mail at info@tr3nity.com or keep your eyes on the site as we'll be placing advanced ordering forms up there.

6th March 2004 - Classic Rock Society Rehearsals for the forthcoming gig at the Classic Rock Society in Rotherham are really hotting up. Since the recording of the album, it's been the first opportunity we've had to integrate the band fully with Graham. Remember Graham wasn't available for the June gig. Whilst we do say so ourselves, we're really pleased with the way the live sound is shaping up. So if you haven't already, then get your tickets booked, details at http://www.deadlineuk.com/crs/gigs.htm.

One more thing on the Rotherham gig. We're trying to organise a coach to take anyone from the Hants/Berks area that would like to make the trip up there, but would prefer not to have to drive, or take public transport. If you're interested in coming along on the coach, drop us a line and we'll place you in the list and forward details as they become available.

Well that's about it for now, all that remains is to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a Prosperous and of course Peaceful New Year.. We'll be in touch soon.

30th September 2003

Tr3nity and The Classic Rock Society Well a great evening was had by all on Saturday 7th June in Rotherham. Tr3nity hit the streets running and Rocked Rotherham. In spite of some on stage technical problems, we brought our music to the live stage. It was an immensely enjoyable evening for everyone and some really positive feedback was received on the night.

If you came along to support us then a huge huge thank you to you all, if you were unable to make it, fret (no pun intended) not there will be more dates to be announced, with a few surprises thrown in for good measure. In any event we would like to extend a thanks from the band to the CRS for giving us the opportunity to play, and for continuing to provide a forum and stage for good music.

The New Album On the evening, a lot of people asked when the next album will be available. Well we really don't have a date just yet, largely because the recording process is as yet incomplete.

Over the summer the album progressed well, currently the album is named "Precious Seconds", and the track line up is now fixed at

Livin a lie (previewed at Rotherham)
From Afar
Run before you walk (Previewed at Rotherham)
More than I deserve
The Last Great Climb (Could be renamed Precious Seconds)

We're all really excited with what's coming out, and really look forward to hearing your opinions. Release date is far from fixed yet, but early 2004 looks favourable.

Live Dates To coincide with the release of "Precious Seconds", we're hoping to secure a couple of live dates, one in the north and another is the south, this is far from finalised, but having completed the line up with Graham on BASS (who is shaping up just nicely thanks), we're ready to hit the live scene.

16th May 2003

At Last You may recall that we confirmed the 7th June gig at the Classic Rock Society backing Karnataka, well we’ve been pushing hard to try and find a BASS player to complete Tr3nity's line up.

The good news is that we're pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Lane to our line up. Coincidentally, Graham is an old acquaintance of Rob's from some 24 years ago. The offer to join was made immediately after an audition at a recent rehearsal, in which we all heard an uplift in Tr3nity's live sound.

The bad news is however, that Graham is unable to be with us for the 7th June gig, which means that we will still be going ahead without a BASS player.

Everyone in the band is extremely excited at the new addition, as this completes both the recording and live line ups, and adds new influences to the bands sound.

Graham's BIO has been posted to the site take a look..

Final Set List After much deliberation we've finalised the set list for the June gig at the CRS

Livin a Lie - from the new album
Into the Dark - from Cold Light
Eyes of a Child - from Cold Light
Run before you walk - from the new album

We have already previewed the set to a small invited audience, and the initial feedback is extremely positive.

Warm Welcome A warm welcome to the recent additions to the Tr3nity news mailing lists, we've had an excellent number of new additional members some of which we exchanged mails with. So a huge thanks for all your support, keeps us going when we're slogging over a hot vocal line/keyboard/drum/guitar/bass (delete as applicable) for 7 hours solid rehearsal !!!!

Just an Aside No commitments at this stage, but we're currently floating around the idea of a public performance of "Cold Light of Darkness" in it's entirety at a hired venue in Basingstoke (well it would be wouldn't it??). If any of you would be interested in coming to this sometime in November, can you drop us a line as it gives us a clue on what the likely take up of tickets might be. No target price at this stage, but it won't be high !!!

14th April 2003

Live Date Confirmed

After a long hard trawl trying to seek out a suitable BASS guitarist, we taken the brave decision to do our first date without one. Although, we have a candidate or two in the wings, they're not going to be ready/available for our first live date. As a reminder we're very privileged to be supporting Karnataka at the Classic Rock Society on 7th June 2003. Current proposed provisional set list

Eyes of a Child - from Cold Light
Into the Dark - from Cold Light
Livin a lie - from the new Album
Run before you Walk - from the new Album
More than I deserve - from the new Album

Further details of the gig are available from the CRS gig page http://www.birwood.demon.co.uk/crsgigs.htm and also the CRS home page http://www.birwood.demon.co.uk/crs.htm

We look forward to seeing you there

New Album We’ve had to put some of the recording of the next album on hold in preference for preparation for the Rotherham gig. We’ve chosen to do a couple of the tracks from the new album there, so you’ll get a chance of a sneak preview of the direction the band is going in, there. Having said that the album still progresses well with many of the tracks well in advance of completion. We will of course keep you posted on further progress.

Meanwhile, thanks for reading, look forward to seeing many of you on 7th June,

2nd January 2003

Vote for Us Welcome to the New Year, we sincerely hope that it brings everything you would want from it. So why not start the New year by voting for your favourite band of 2002 (would have to be us of course), The "Dutch Progressive Rock Page" site is running a "What was your Favourite" annual poll and we'd really love for you to give them a visit and of course vote for us under some of the categories, it can be found at :-

http://www.dprp.vuurwerk.nl/dprpoll/2002/index.html

The Ads Are Out This year we are really hoping that you'll all get a chance to experience Tr3nity live. We only really have one stumbling block at this point, and that's the lack of a full time BASS player in the band. So we've placed ads in various places for a suitable candidate. if you know someone who might be interested, get them to contact us, we're looking.

10th December 2002

CYCLOPS Release "Which Way ?" on the New Sampler CD The new Cyclops Sampler 5 CD has been released and features a previously unheard version of "Which Way?" from Tr3nity's "Cold Light of Darkness" album. Apart from being the longest running track on the Double Sampler CD, the version of "Which Way?" featured on the disk was specially put together, it features an extended guitar and keyboard solo section. We were  extremely excited  when  Cyclops records  asked us if they could feature one of the tracks from Cold Light, and it didn't take too long to work out which track should be featured. The Cyclops Sampler 5 double CD (CYCL 125) is available either directly from GFT for £8 (http://www.gft-cyclops.co.uk/gft/gftinfo.html), or can be ordered from the band by mailing us at infor@tr3nity.com
"New" Album recording well underway The follow on release from the Cold Light of Darkness is now well underway, over the last few months we've been putting material together ready for recording, and have already completed a few of the tracks for the album.

As yet untitled, the new album's style follows on in the footsteps of Cold Light, but with some exciting new developments. The message  of the album is enjoy your life and what you have as  "we never know what's just around the corner". Likely track line up is expected to  be :-

1. (As yet unamed)
2. Livin a lie 12:10
3. Run before you walk 11:20
From Afar 11:05
5. (As yet unnamed)
6. More than I deserve
7. The last Great Climb 25:00 (approx)

As we get more details, we'll let you know.. Keep your eyes on the site, we might even post some pre-release snippets to whet your appetite.
